Strong Customer Service Skills: A Successful Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support At Nordstrom Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Problem-Solve, And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
Cash Handling Experience: Previous Experience With Cash Handling And Point-Of-Sale Systems Is Essential For This Role. Cashiers Must Be Able To Accurately Count And Handle Cash, Credit, And Debit Transactions.
Retail Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A High-End Or Luxury Retail Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Features And The Ability To Make Personalized Recommendations To Customers.
