- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the cash register and on the sales floor.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit/debit, and gift cards.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area and sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and products to provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers.
- Actively listen to and address customer needs and concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
- Participate in store events and promotions, engaging with customers and promoting products.

Prior Retail Or Customer Service Experience: A Strong Background In Retail Or Customer Service Is Essential For A Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support Position At Nordstrom. This Includes Experience Handling Cash Transactions, Interacting With Customers, And Maintaining A Clean And Organized Sales Floor.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Necessary To Effectively Assist Customers And Communicate With Team Members.
