- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and Nordstrom products to assist customers with their purchases.
- Collaborate with sales floor team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Assist with restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.

Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support Must Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers. This Includes Being Able To Handle Difficult Situations, Problem-Solve, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Cash Handling Experience: As A Cashier, The Candidate Must Have Experience Handling Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, And Other Forms Of Payment Accurately And Efficiently. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Transactions Quickly While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy.
