Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and answer their inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
2. Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
4. Suggest and recommend products and services based on customer needs.
5. Maintain inventory and restock shelves as needed.
6. Assist customers with returns and exchanges.
7. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
8. Operate cash register and point-of-sale systems.
9. Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
10. Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.
