• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Assist customers with their purchases and inquiries • Process transactions accurately and efficiently • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Stock shelves and keep merchandise organized • Handle returns and exchanges in a professional and timely manner • Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed • Assist in training new employees • Monitor store security and safety • Proactively address customer issues and concerns • Celebrate customer successes and build brand loyalty • Follow company guidelines and procedures in accordance with safety regulations
