1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
2. Assist customers with selecting merchandise and provide helpful advice
3. Operate cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently
4. Answer questions about products and services
5. Assist with stocking shelves and setting up displays
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
8. Assist with training new team members
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
10. Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and inventory status
