Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
4. Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries, and providing product information.
5. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and returns.
6. Monitor stock levels, and ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked.
7. Answer customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
8. Assist with sales floor support, such as setting up displays, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise.
9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
10. Abide by all safety regulations and company policies.
