Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, process payments, and provide change
• Answer customer questions and provide assistance with product selection
• Provide sales support to customers, such as suggesting purchases and offering promotions
• Ensure the sales floor is tidy and organized at all times
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer traffic and provide support to other store employees as needed
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
