Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support to join the Nordstrom team! As an integral part of the store, you’ll be the face of Nordstrom and provide a unique shopping experience for our customers. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and helping to keep the sales floor clean and organized. If you’re a customer service-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of customer service and sales principles. You should be able to multitask and remain calm and friendly while dealing with difficult customers. You’ll also need to be comfortable using computers and point of sale systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred, but not required.We look forward to hearing from you!
