4. Assist customers with merchandise returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
5. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere.
6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

9. Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy in cash counts and till balances.
10. Uphold company standards and policies, including but not limited to, dress code and attendance.

12. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
13. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job knowledge and skills.
