Replenishment Associate

- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstocks to management.
- Receive and process new merchandise shipments, including unpacking, tagging, and organizing items.
- Utilize inventory management systems to accurately track and replenish merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to identify and address any product or inventory issues.
- Assist with visual merchandising and floor sets to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries, locating items, and offering suggestions or alternatives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to assist customers and make informed recommendations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory control measures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the Nordstrom brand at all times.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills as a Replenishment Associate.
Strong Retail Experience: A Successful Replenishment Associate At Nordstrom Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As Inventory Management Or Replenishment.
Excellent Organizational Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail To Ensure That The Store's Inventory Is Accurately Tracked And Replenished In A Timely Manner. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Organizing Inventory.
Knowledge Of Inventory Systems: Familiarity With Inventory Systems And Software Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Inventory Management Systems And Be Comfortable Using Technology To Track And Manage Inventory Levels.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Replenishment Associate, You Will Be Working Closely With Other Team Members, As Well As Vendors And Suppliers. The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Collaborate With Others Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Nordstrom Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Retail Environment. The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Be Able To Work Efficiently And Accurately In A Fast-Paced Setting, While Still Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail.
