  1. Lead and manage technology programs and initiatives within Nordstrom to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
  2. Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets, and report on progress to key stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors, to define program goals and requirements.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program timelines or objectives.
  5. Monitor and track program performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
  6. Ensure the effective utilization of technology resources and investments to drive business value.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Conduct regular program evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology and project management.
  10. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
  11. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Technology Business Management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management Within The Retail Or Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Technology Projects And Initiatives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Technology Business Management Principles And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
