  1. Develop and implement compliance and ethics programs and policies that align with Nordstrom's values and standards.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support for compliance and ethics initiatives.
  3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address them.
  4. Train and educate employees on compliance and ethics policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and track compliance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and ethics considerations are integrated into business processes and decisions.
  7. Stay updated on current and emerging laws and regulations related to Nordstrom's operations and make necessary adjustments to compliance and ethics programs.
  8. Investigate and address any reported compliance violations or ethical concerns in a timely and thorough manner.
  9. Lead by example and promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
  10. Foster a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential compliance issues or ethical concerns.
  11. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all compliance and ethics matters.
  12. Continuously assess and improve compliance and ethics programs to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  13. Work closely with legal, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in compliance and ethics practices.
  14. Represent Nordstrom in external compliance and ethics-related meetings and events.
  15. Ensure all compliance and ethics activities are well-documented and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
