  1. Develop and drive the overall strategy for Nordstrom's checkout experience, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the execution and implementation of the checkout experience strategy across all platforms and channels.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the checkout process.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to develop and launch innovative and customer-centric solutions.
  5. Lead and manage a team of product specialists and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform product strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  8. Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product launches.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom, representing the company and its values to external partners and the public.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Checkout Process And Customer Behavior Within An E-Commerce Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching New Products Or Features.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
