  1. Develop and implement asset protection policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and merchandise.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the asset protection team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections of store premises to identify and address any potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
  4. Monitor surveillance systems and react promptly to any suspicious activity or incidents.
  5. Investigate and resolve any theft, fraud, or other security-related incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with store management and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to prevent loss and increase efficiency.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all incidents and investigations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement, mall security, and other external partners to enhance store security.
  10. Train and educate store employees on asset protection procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  11. Prepare and present reports on asset protection performance to senior management.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to asset protection.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the asset protection team, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of asset protection strategies and initiatives.
  15. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Security Or Loss Prevention Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Investigative Techniques, Security Technologies, And Emergency Response Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
