  1. Develop and implement effective strategies and policies for protecting the company's assets, including inventory, cash, and property.
  2. Lead and manage a team of asset protection associates, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to handle any security-related situations.
  3. Monitor and analyze security risks and threats, and take necessary preventive measures to mitigate potential losses.
  4. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and address any potential security breaches or fraudulent activities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as store operations and human resources, to ensure proper training and communication on security protocols and procedures.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to asset protection, and ensure compliance within the company.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and security agencies to facilitate a proactive approach to security.
  8. Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of asset protection strategies and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  9. Develop and manage the asset protection budget, including identifying areas for cost-saving and cost-effective measures.
  10. Act as a liaison between customers, employees, and management regarding any security concerns or incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  11. Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices in asset protection, and implement them within the company.
  12. Promote a safe and secure work environment for all employees and customers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Systems, Surveillance Techniques, And Investigative Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations And Make Quick Decisions.
