  1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies and protocols to ensure the safety and security of Nordstrom's assets, employees, and customers.
  2. Manage and lead a team of asset protection employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
  3. Monitor and analyze security risks and threats to Nordstrom's assets and make recommendations for improvements based on findings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as store operations and loss prevention, to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify any areas for improvement.
  6. Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment, and ensure they are functioning properly.
  7. Investigate and report on any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches, and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and security agencies, to enhance Nordstrom's overall security posture.
  9. Develop and manage the asset protection department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support Nordstrom's security objectives.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in asset protection and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally, Both Verbally And In Writing.
