As the Manager of Asset Protection, you will play a crucial role in protecting our company's assets and ensuring the safety and security of our employees and customers.   1. Develop and implement effective strategies and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the store and its assets.
  2. Oversee a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
  3. Conduct regular training and development programs for security staff to ensure their readiness in handling potential security threats.
  4. Monitor and analyze security data and trends to identify potential risks and implement preventative measures.
  5. Collaborate with store management and other departments to identify and address any security concerns or issues.
  6. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  7. Investigate any security incidents or breaches and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency response teams.
  9. Stay updated on the latest security technologies and implement them as needed to improve the store's security measures.
  10. Create and maintain emergency response plans and ensure all staff are trained on them.
  11. Act as a liaison between the store and corporate security teams, providing updates and reports as needed.
  12. Handle any escalated security-related customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Ensure all security equipment, such as cameras and alarms, are in good working condition.
  14. Conduct regular assessments of security procedures and make necessary updates or changes to improve overall effectiveness.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
