  1. Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of all building systems and equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance on all facilities equipment to minimize downtime and costly repairs.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including maintenance logs and equipment inventory.
  5. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to address them.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  7. Respond promptly to facility emergencies and address any urgent maintenance needs.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
  9. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to report on maintenance activities and provide recommendations for improvements.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building systems and maintenance techniques.
  12. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
