  2. Oversee the engineering team responsible for inventory tracking and management systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address inventory issues and opportunities.
  4. Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Establish procedures and processes to ensure accurate and timely inventory tracking.
  6. Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  7. Lead the development and implementation of new inventory management technology.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in inventory tracking and management.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on inventory accuracy and improvements.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support inventory management efforts.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
  12. Manage department budget and resources effectively.
  13. Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and customer service.
  14. Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact inventory accuracy.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Engineering And Inventory Management: The Ideal Candidate For The Director Of Engineering, Inventory Accuracy Position At Nordstrom Should Have A Strong Background In Both Engineering And Inventory Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Tracking Systems, Experience With Supply Chain Processes, And An Understanding Of Warehouse Operations.
