  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Nordstrom customers by greeting, assisting, and engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize your knowledge of current fashion trends and Nordstrom merchandise to provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and increase loyalty to the Nordstrom brand.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling Nordstrom products and services.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing selling floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and conducting regular inventory checks.
  6. Demonstrate strong communication skills by effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and management.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, including assisting with transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge and changes in fashion trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  9. Follow and uphold all Nordstrom policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and customer privacy.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom by embodying its values and promoting its culture of creativity, innovation, and individuality.
