  1. Utilize data and analytics to support decision-making and drive innovation in marketing strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define key business objectives and develop data-driven solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.
  4. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data science and marketing analytics.
  7. Identify and implement new data sources and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  8. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting quality checks and implementing data governance practices.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  11. Train and mentor junior data scientists and analysts on best practices for data analysis and modeling.
  12. Adhere to ethical standards and data privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company.
  15. Represent the Marketing Optimization Analytics team in meetings and presentations with stakeholders to discuss findings and recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, Specifically In Marketing Optimization And Customer Segmentation.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python Or R, And Experience With Data Visualization Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Statistical Analysis And Predictive Modeling Techniques.

  • Experience With Marketing Analytics Tools And Platforms Such As Google Analytics Or Adobe Analytics.
