Job Description

At Nordstrom, we're looking for an experienced, motivated Data Analyst – Customer Analytics to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retailer in the industry and help drive our customer insights and insights-led decision-making.In this role, you will analyze customer data to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends. You will use your expertise to develop customer segmentation and targeting models, and identify opportunities to drive customer engagement and growth.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst or related role. You will need to have a strong understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies, as well as familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting techniques.You must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with other teams to ensure that our customer insights are properly integrated into our decisions. Responsibilities:
