  6. Stay updated on current sales, promotions, and company policies to accurately answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing Nordstrom's point-of-sale system.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer service experience.
  9. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary, following company guidelines and protocols.
