  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of Nordstrom's products and services to effectively assist customers.
  4. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and create a positive shopping experience.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom by embodying the company's values and standards.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as in-person, phone, and email.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  8. Handle difficult or escalated customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve potential customer issues before they escalate.
  10. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to accurately assist customers.
  11. Organize and maintain customer records and data in a timely and accurate manner.
  12. Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  13. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on customer service techniques and strategies.
  14. Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Nordstrom at all times.
