As a Beauty Stylist, you will have the opportunity to work with top beauty brands and provide personalized beauty and skincare recommendations to our customers.   1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrating a strong knowledge and understanding of the latest beauty trends and products.
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing personalized beauty and skincare recommendations.
  5. Collaborating with team members and managers to meet sales goals and targets.
  6. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and staying informed on any new product launches or promotions.
  7. Ensuring the beauty department is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  8. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  10. Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  11. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and security.
  12. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  13. Representing the Nordstrom brand with professionalism and integrity.
  14. Collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for customers.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Skincare And Makeup Products: A Beauty Stylist At Nordstrom Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Various Skincare And Makeup Products, Including Their Ingredients, Benefits, And Proper Application Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Beauty Stylist, The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients Is Essential. This Includes Actively Listening To Their Needs, Recommending Products, And Providing Personalized Beauty Advice.

  • Proven Sales Experience: A Successful Beauty Stylist At Nordstrom Should Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals. This Requires The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Upsell Products Effectively.
