  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to the beauty department with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Conduct personalized beauty consultations with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of beauty products and trends to educate and inform customers.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell beauty products and services.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including product displays and testers.
  6. Keep up-to-date with new beauty products and trends to provide the latest and most relevant recommendations to customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall customer experience in the beauty department.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling and inventory management.
  11. Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing education to further develop knowledge and skills in beauty products and techniques.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by treating colleagues and customers with respect and professionalism.
  13. Stay updated on company promotions and events to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom and represent the company's values and image at all times.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate processes and procedures within the beauty department.
