  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their beauty needs and concerns.
  3. Educate customers on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  4. Empower customers to feel confident and express themselves through beauty.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in all beauty brands and products carried by Nordstrom.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and return business.
  7. Demonstrate expert knowledge in makeup application, skincare, and other beauty services.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
  9. Assist in organizing and maintaining the beauty department, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
  11. Attend training and development programs to continue building expertise and skills.
  12. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
