Beauty Sales Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Beauty Sales Associate to join our team at Nordstrom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to think on their feet. Our customers rely on our Beauty Sales Associates to provide top-notch service and expertise on the latest beauty trends and products.The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus prior customer service and sales experience, are required. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus. We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow in their role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Nordstrom customers

• Help customers select products that best fit their needs

• Educate customers on the latest beauty trends and products

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Assist with inventory management and merchandising
