Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Beauty Sales Associate to join the team at Nordstrom. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a great eye for detail, and demonstrate an understanding of the beauty industry. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also essential. If you have a passion for beauty products and a desire to help customers find the perfect beauty solution, then this is the job for you! In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of the beauty industry and share your expertise with customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent service to customers and help them find the perfect product to meet their needs. If you have a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and a passion for beauty products, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and assist in product selection, providing expert advice on the latest beauty trends and products.
  2. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  3. Demonstrate excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  4. Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is organized and attractively displayed.
  5. Process payments and handle customer transactions.
  6. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  7. Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns.
  8. Track inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock.
  9. Follow store policies and procedures.
  10. Meet individual and team sales targets.
