Job Description

Nordstrom is currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Beauty Sales Associate to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will bring an infectious energy to our beauty department and have an excellent knowledge of the beauty industry and its products. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and helping customers find the perfect beauty items to meet their needs.To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working with a variety of customers. You should also be knowledgeable in beauty trends and have a passion for helping customers feel beautiful. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but not required. A positive, upbeat attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. If you have a deep passion for beauty and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Provide advice and guidance on beauty products and trends.
  4. Demonstrate expert product knowledge to customers in order to drive sales.
  5. Upsell additional items to customers as needed.
  6. Ensure the beauty department is well-stocked and organized.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Contribute to a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  10. Follow established policies and procedures.
