Beauty Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to meet and exceed their beauty needs and expectations.
2. Promote the beauty services, products, and brand to customers.
3. Assist customers with product selection and provide advice on beauty trends.
4. Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
5. Process payments and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
6. Maintain clean and organized work area, including shelves, displays, and backroom.
7. Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and other tasks as needed.
8. Adhere to company policies, and health & safety regulations.
9. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
