Job Description

Nordstrom is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Beauty Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of beauty products and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Our Beauty Sales Associates are the heart and soul of our store, and we are looking for individuals who will bring their individual style and enthusiasm to the team.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of retail sales experience, ideally in a beauty-related field. You should be comfortable working with a variety of beauty products, be organized and detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Utilizing an in-depth knowledge of beauty products to assist customers in finding the right product for their needs.
  3. Maintaining an organized and detail-oriented workspace.
  4. Upselling and cross-selling beauty products to customers.
  5. Processing customer payments and returns accurately and efficiently.
  6. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends.
  7. Addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  8. Keeping store shelves stocked with merchandise.
  9. Assisting in the training of new Beauty Sales Associates.
