Beauty Sales Associate

Nordstrom is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Beauty Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a fashion and beauty enthusiast, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They must have a strong knowledge of beauty products and trends, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate should also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous retail and customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the perfect look.
2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
4. Work independently and as part of a team.
5. Provide prompt assistance to customers with inquiries and requests.
6. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and backroom.
7. Keep up to date on product information, current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
8. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
9. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
10. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
