This leader will be responsible for driving and creating inspirational beauty experiences across our Nordstrom stores and online, and will play a key role in ensuring our beauty customers have access to the best products and services.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of beauty trends and the beauty industry, extensive retail experience, and a passion for customer service. Additionally, they will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.
