- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and build long-term loyalty.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory management, cash handling, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate and participate in special events, promotions, and product launches to drive sales and attract customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to upper management on ways to enhance the beauty department and overall shopping experience.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Beauty Industry, Including Cosmetics, Skincare, And Fragrance Products.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Management Experience, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Proven Sales Track Record And The Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets And Goals.
