  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet sales targets in the beauty department.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  3. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales performance.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge on all beauty products and trends, and effectively communicate this information to team members and customers.
  6. Collaborate with store management to plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  7. Ensure all beauty counters are properly stocked and visually appealing, following company merchandising guidelines.
  8. Manage beauty inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products, and conducting regular inventory audits.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty brands and vendors to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  12. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct, safety, and loss prevention.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for new products or services to add to the beauty department.
  14. Work closely with other department managers to ensure a seamless and positive overall customer experience.
  15. Represent Nordstrom's values and brand image at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In The Beauty Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In The Beauty Industry, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Various Beauty Products And Brands, As Well As An Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Techniques.
