  1. Lead and manage a team of beauty department employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  2. Create a positive and engaging work environment for employees to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet department goals.
  4. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and products to provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers and employees.
  5. Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, addressing any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Oversee inventory management and product replenishment to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing department.
  9. Collaborate with other department managers to create a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Nordstrom brand at all times.
