  1. Oversee the daily operations of the beauty counter and ensure that all products are well-stocked, organized, and displayed in an appealing manner.
  2. Train and develop a team of beauty advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.
  3. Collaborate with brand partners to curate a diverse and high-quality selection of beauty products that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  4. Monitor sales performance and set goals for the beauty counter team to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.

  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom and represent the company's values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  9. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Collaborate with other department managers to create a seamless shopping experience for customers and drive overall store sales.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized beauty counter and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
