Job Description

The perfect candidate for the position of Beauty Counter Manager at Nordstrom will have a passion for helping customers find the perfect beauty products to suit their needs. Our ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and a customer service mindset to our beauty department, have an eye for detail, and a commitment to providing our customers with the best experience possible. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication and people skills, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate should also be familiar with beauty products in the market and have prior experience working in a customer service and/or retail environment. We are looking for someone who can develop relationships with customers, lead a team, and provide excellent customer service every day.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor team performance and ensure that all team members are meeting customer service and product knowledge standards.
  3. Develop relationships with customers, and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
  4. Ensure all beauty products are properly displayed and merchandised.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order new products when necessary.
  6. Train and coach team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and address any complaints or concerns.
  8. Manage daily operations of the beauty counter.
  9. Stay up to date on beauty trends and products in the market.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
