  1. Greet and welcome customers to Nordstrom with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Offer expert knowledge and guidance on the latest beauty trends and products.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new beauty products to provide customers with the most current information.
  5. Create a personalized experience for each customer based on their unique needs and preferences.
  6. Assist customers with product recommendations and demonstrations, ensuring they find the perfect beauty products for their needs.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including product displays, testers, and inventory.
  9. Collaborate with the beauty team to achieve sales goals and promote brand awareness.
  10. Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a memorable shopping experience.
  11. Continuously work towards improving the overall customer experience in the beauty department.
  12. Attend training sessions and workshops to expand beauty knowledge and skills.
