Welcome to the world of beauty at Nordstrom! We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Concierge to join our team. As a Beauty Concierge, you will be the face of our beauty department, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a personal beauty advisor to our clients. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the latest beauty trends and products, who is able to create personalized recommendations for our customers. If you are someone who is enthusiastic about the beauty industry, has excellent communication skills, and loves to build relationships with others, we want to hear from you!

  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Nordstrom beauty department with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking beauty advice and guidance.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  4. Actively engage with customers to understand their personal preferences and needs in order to provide personalized beauty recommendations.
  5. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by providing a positive and memorable shopping experience for each customer.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty.
  7. Stay up-to-date on all product knowledge, promotions, and events happening in the beauty department.
  8. Collaborate with other beauty department team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  9. Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance and improve the beauty department's customer service and sales.
  10. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing beauty department at all times.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and upselling products.
  12. Attend and participate in beauty product knowledge and training sessions to continuously improve expertise.
  13. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

  • Strong Sales And Communication Skills: The Beauty Concierge Is Responsible For Promoting And Selling Beauty Products To Customers. This Requires Strong Sales Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Product Benefits And Features To Customers.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Nordstrom Is A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Environment, So A Beauty Concierge Should Be Able To Adapt Quickly To Changing Situations. This Includes Being Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once And Provide Personalized Recommendations To Customers.

  • Previous Retail Or Beauty Industry Experience: While Not Always Required, Having Previous Experience In A Retail Or Beauty Industry Can Be Beneficial For A Beauty Concierge At Nordstrom.
