As a Beauty Concierge, you will have the opportunity to connect with customers and provide personalized and exceptional beauty services.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Nordstrom with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customers' needs.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom's beauty department, promoting our products and services.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized and tailored beauty recommendations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and products to provide informed and knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  6. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Nordstrom's beauty products and services to assist customers with their purchases.
  7. Perform beauty services such as makeup application, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a pleasant and inviting customer experience.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.
  10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling beauty products and services.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of beauty products.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Uphold Nordstrom's high standards of customer service and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Beauty Products And Services: A Beauty Concierge At Nordstrom Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Beauty Brands, Products, And Services Offered At The Store. This Includes Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, And Fragrance.

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: As A Beauty Concierge, One Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Clients. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Able To Build Rapport With Customers.

  • Sales And Retail Experience: Nordstrom Is A Retail Store, So Having Previous Experience In Sales And Retail Is A Crucial Qualification For A Beauty Concierge. This Includes The Ability To Upsell Products, Meet Sales Targets, And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: A Beauty Concierge Needs To Be Highly Organized To Manage Multiple Customers And Appointments. This Includes Scheduling Appointments, Managing Inventory, And Ensuring The Store's Aesthetic Is Always Presentable.

  • Beauty Certification Or Training: While Not Always Required, Having A Beauty Certification Or Training In Makeup Application, Skincare, Or Hair Styling Can Be A Valuable Qualification For A Beauty Concierge At Nordstrom. This Shows A Commitment To The Beauty Industry And A Level Of Expertise That Can Benefit Customers.
