Welcome to Nordstrom, a fashion-forward and customer-focused company. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Beauty Concierge. As a Beauty Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in our beauty department. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the latest beauty trends and products, and has a strong passion for helping others look and feel their best. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a love for all things beauty, we would love for you to join our team.

  1. Greet and welcome customers to Nordstrom in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their beauty needs and inquiries.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products in order to provide knowledgeable and expert advice to customers.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and following up on their beauty purchases.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including restocking products and maintaining visual displays.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom by promoting our company values and providing a positive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales associates and beauty advisors, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  9. Attend and participate in trainings and meetings to continuously develop knowledge and skills in the beauty industry.
  10. Demonstrate a strong passion for beauty and a desire to help customers look and feel their best.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Beauty Products: A Beauty Concierge At Nordstrom Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Beauty Products Offered By The Store, Including Makeup, Skincare, And Fragrance. They Should Be Able To Provide Detailed Recommendations To Customers Based On Their Needs And Preferences.

  • Organization And Time Management: As A Beauty Concierge, One Will Have To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Attending To Customers, Restocking Products, And Maintaining The Appearance Of The Beauty Department. Therefore, Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Passion For Beauty: Nordstrom Prides Itself On Providing A Premium Beauty Shopping Experience For Its Customers. As A Beauty Concierge, It Is Crucial To Have A Genuine Passion For Beauty And A Desire To Stay Updated On The Latest Trends And Products In The Industry. This Will Help In Providing Personalized And Knowledgeable Recommendations To Customers.
