We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Beauty Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our beauty department, responsible for delivering personalized and exceptional service to our clients. As a Beauty Concierge, you will have the opportunity to work with top beauty brands and help our customers look and feel their best.   1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide personalized and exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate beauty products.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all beauty products and brands sold within the store.
  4. Assist customers with product selection, application techniques, and usage instructions.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with beauty trends and new product launches to effectively educate and inform customers.
  7. Proactively approach and engage with customers to offer assistance and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty department, including displays and testers.
  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  11. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Work effectively as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of the store.
  15. Represent the Nordstrom brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.

  • Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Beauty Department At Nordstrom Can Get Busy, And A Beauty Concierge Must Be Able To Thrive In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Being Able To Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, And Maintain A Calm And Professional Demeanor Under Pressure.
