- Develop a thorough understanding of all beauty products and brands carried by Nordstrom, and be able to make personalized recommendations to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide customers with the most current and accurate information.
- Create a luxurious shopping experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized beauty department.
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and applications, as well as provide tips and tutorials on how to use products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
