  1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, in line with Nordstrom's overall vision and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in current processes and programs.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform program strategy and planning.
  4. Monitor industry trends and market conditions to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  5. Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  7. Create and present comprehensive plans and proposals to senior management for approval.
  8. Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
  9. Identify and address any roadblocks or issues that may arise during the planning and execution process.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve program strategies to drive business success.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of growth and development.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into program strategies.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of program strategies with overall business objectives.
  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and alignment of program strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Strategy And Planning, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Project Management Experience, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
