  6. Collaborate with vendors and brands: Work with vendors and brand partners to secure the best products and negotiate promotional opportunities.
  7. Monitor and optimize website performance: Continuously monitor website performance and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience and drive sales.
  8. Contribute to the overall success of Nordstrom's online presence: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a strong brand image online.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations: Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in the digital merchandising space to bring new ideas and strategies to the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Merchandising, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of E-Commerce Platforms And Digital Marketing Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
