  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve overall store performance.
  3. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  4. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers by maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with other members of management to implement company initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Assist in scheduling and managing staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations.
  9. Maintain inventory levels and communicate with buying team to ensure product availability.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations and laws.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales through innovation and creativity.
  12. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Luxury Or High-End Fashion Environment.
