  1. Monitor and protect the company's assets, including merchandise, equipment, and property, to prevent loss, theft, and damage.
  2. Implement security procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and company assets.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential security risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
  4. Respond promptly and appropriately to all security incidents, including theft, accidents, and other emergencies.
  5. Collaborate with store management and other departments to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  6. Train and educate employees on security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance at all times.
  7. Utilize surveillance and other security tools to monitor and identify suspicious activities, and take necessary actions to prevent loss or damage.
  8. Conduct thorough investigations of any security incidents, gather evidence, and report findings to management and law enforcement as required.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents, investigations, and training.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Stay updated on the latest security and safety protocols and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of security measures and procedures to ensure the highest level of protection for company assets.
